R.I.P. - Dom DeLuise

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Actor and comedian Dom DeLuise, whose big screen classics included "The Cannonball Run," "Spaceballs" and "History of the World Part I," died on Monday night at a Los Angeles hospital, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

He was 75.

Oh, my I'm sorry to hear that. I'd just read an interview with one of his sons about Stargate.

And just like that another piece of my childhood has died...

Still for a funny fat man, he certainly lived a fairly long and rich life.

I only saw him in a movie last week hysterical. Another loss. Very sad.

I know, him and Bea Arthur in one week. It's hard... But somehow, it seems appropriate; I can just see them telling each other jokes and slapping each other's backs as they walk down that "yellow brick road" together. Blow

Excellent way of seeing it Chiyo. They did not seem the type to sweat the small stuff, so I feel they are perfectly satisfied with the out come, and where they end up. Smile

It is the rest of us poor, pitifulls they leave behind, I miss Raymond Burr who past many years back now, and Rock Hudson. Such talent.
