Okay. I'm done. That's all I needed.

I keep saying that.

I'm working on changing jobs though, if/when I do that, I won't have as much time to post. Probably put an end to bnet for good.

I was having a lovely conversation, back and forth, you know how they go, and B'net popped up a message that — get this — I was posting to much. I had to wait 5 minutes to post again. Jeez. Considering how it has dropped from the hey-day, you would think they would be happen I was really active.

That's why they suck! Encourage conversation, don't discourage it! Particularly when people are making progress and actually able to agree on a couple of things!

Yeah, I get problems with that too.

My latest specific gripe is another of the HTZ transferred topics. Like we need a discussion of Noah's arc on the Multifaith board. I think the people running the show wouldn't be able to recognize multifaith if it bit them on the ass.

Oh, I saw that. I think it got dropped there because someone mentioned Gilgamesh. That qualifies as multi-faith, don't ya know. Zipaway

By their reasoning. I had an exchange of emails with Merope.

I've been trying for years to make multi faith really multi. Sure, there isn't as much activity there, but it's not just a Christian board either. There are enough of those on bnet.

There used to be a lot more activity on that board. Before everything blew up, of course.

I am getting tired of the monotony myself and I've only been back there a few days. The same crazy people post the same things over and over.

I quit going there ages ago. Every time I went I'd have to change my password. Too much work for the idiots there. I just cut'em loose.

I keep telling myself that I'm done with Beliefnet too, but then I keep going back. Even the obnoxious pop-ups that freeze my browser can't seem to stop me from returning. Blow Up

They made it so cumbersome to find anything, so difficult to post anything beyond text, and so hostile in all the multi-faith areas with different codes of conduct for their favorites than everyone else. I thought it was the old Christian/everybody else thing, but some of the Christians got sodomized like the rest of us, so there must be some finer filter in play (politics?).

I still post occassionally copies of stuff there, just to keep the Asatru area active enough that seekers will respond and come to my attention (and be lured over here).
